Calculators

The numbers you type into our calculators are processed in your browser and are never sent to us. When you use a calculator, we record an anonymous event containing only which calculator was used, the page and the time. It contains no inputs, results, IP address or personal information.

Email alerts

If you sign up for launch alerts, we store your email address, the optional “landlord / short-term rental host” choice, the page you signed up on, any campaign tags in the link you followed (UTM parameters), your consent and the date and time. We use this only to tell you about new RentToolkit templates and tools. We do not sell or rent your email address. Signup data is stored in a database hosted by our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask to be removed at any time by contacting us.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites, to count page views and measure site performance. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Purchases

Templates are not on sale yet. When they are, we will update this page before collecting any purchase information.

Your choices

To unsubscribe, access or delete your signup data, contact us and we will act on your request.
