Where do I get these files? (1 minute)
Airbnb: Menu → Earnings → Download CSV (pick the months you want). Vrbo: Financial reports → Payouts → Export. Booking.com: Finance → Reservation statements → Download CSV. Drop in whatever you get; we spot which is which.
Calendar link set up once
Airbnb: Calendar → Availability → Connect calendars → Export calendar. Vrbo: Calendar → Import/Export → Export. Booking.com: Rates & Availability → Sync calendars → Export. Copy the link and paste it here. It only shows booked and blocked dates, no guest details.
